Presdi was working at the nursing facility during the three incidents, the affidavit said.
On May 24, 2023, investigators went to interview Presdi at his home in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, where he admitted to giving insulin to victims, hoping “they would go into a coma and just die.” will,” the affidavit said.
Presdi was also charged with aggravated assault, three counts of neglect of a dependent, and three counts of reckless endangerment, according to the attorney general.
