Viral: Man Shares Video Of Fusion ‘Matka Dosa’ – Internet Divided
Two weeks ago, an Instagram reel went viral depicting a “cheese soda blast.” People were left wondering how adding cheese to a soda drink could be a good idea (Read the full story here). This time, cheese is once again part of a fusion dish that is catching eyeballs online. A video that features a specific type of object. Dosa is garnering a lot of interest on Twitter. Paneer dosa is nothing new to us – but this dish, dubbed “Matka Dosa”, has ingredients that some might consider unusual. However, according to other customers, the dish looked hardly strange – some even called it “delicious”. But what exactly is this “matka dosa”?

The video was shared by Twitter user Deepak Prabhu (@ragiing_bull), who simply captioned it “#matkadosa”. It shows one man’s step-by-step method of making dosa – he first roasts the vegetables and seasons them with chaat masala, ketchup, soy sauce and more. He adds what he thinks. Cheese Chop the ingredients and stir fry. Separately, he drizzles mayonnaise over the opening of a small pot. He adds chopped cabbage and Cheese Even after that, he starts making the original dosa on one side. He adds the fillings and grates a lot of cheese on top. Finally, he makes a conical shape of the dosa and places it in the matka from the corner down. Watch the full video below:
