Security forces gun down three terrorists in Balochistan’s Awaran

Rawalpindi: Security forces Killed three terrorists during Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) in Awaran district. BalochistanThis was said by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday.
According to a statement by the army’s media wing, the IBO was launched on March 15 to counter a terrorist group operating in the southern Awaran general area.
The statement said that the terrorists were related to firing and improvised explosive devices in Turbat Awaran Road and surrounding areas.
“Based on confirmed information, several ambushes were laid on various routes in the area by the terrorists for the last three days”. ISPR.
A party of three terrorists was intercepted while moving towards their hideout, the army’s media wing said, adding that when blocked, they opened fire on security forces.
According to ISPR, all three terrorists were killed during a fierce exchange of fire, while a cache of arms and ammunition was recovered.
“The Pakistan Army, standing by the nation, is committed to thwarting attempts to sabotage the peace, stability and development of Balochistan,” the statement added.
