Texas teen sentenced to 45 years in prison for Uber Eats murder
A teenager In Texas accepted a plea deal with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office this week, two years after he killed a mother who was delivering meals to an Uber Eats apartment.
Zachariah Marshall, 17, was sentenced to 45 years in prison for the murder of Ryan Muncy Graham. He was stabbed to death with another juvenile suspect while trying to rob him in Haltom City, FOX 4 Dallas reported
The other unidentified juvenile suspect was sentenced last year to seven years in the Texas Department of Juvenile Justice. Escalating robbery.

“I think about it a lot,” Marshall said, apologizing to Graham’s family. “I’m sorry she was the one who suffered my anger for things that had nothing to do with her. I’m not the same person I was two years ago, but I still haven’t forgiven myself. ”
Marshall will be eligible for parole in 22 years and told the court he has “plans” for his future.

Graham’s stepmother, Donna Muncie, said she would keep him in her prayers, but his mother, Suzanne Muncie, told him in a remote video call in the courtroom, “Do you honestly expect that you’re going to kill Ryan? After what you did together and took his life, you took his life. Going forward, you will be able to fulfill your big plans? Expect to love the fists you used to hit my daughter in the face and stomach? Expect to kick a soccer ball with your child sometime, the same feet you used to hit my daughter in the head and stomach. There were? These were choices and now you’ve got the results you wanted… you chose to go out and try to steal the car. You chose when she got out to stab her in the neck. Who does that?”

He added, “I’m glad they gave you 45 years.”
Donna said Graham’s murder was the worst night of her life. “She was trying to make a better life for her family.”
Graham had three children, ages 11, 10 and 5 at the time of her murder, and worked four jobs, including her Uber Eats gig, to support them.
“How do you tell these kids that their mom is not coming home? Ryan will never get to see these three kids grow up,” she said. FOX 4 reported..
She added that she thinks he should spend his life in prison.
On Thursday, a 30-year-old man was arrested in San Antonio for allegedly killing an Uber driver, according to FOX 29 in San Antonio.

Dominique Dashon Croom was charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of Robert Carbonell Diaz while he was driving for Uber. Karam was listed as his last passenger.
He is being held in the Bexar County Jail on $200,000 bond.
