All you need to make these protein balls are roasted peanuts, jaggery and sesame seeds. You can literally make these balls with just three ingredients. To begin with, first of all, we need to lightly roast the groundnuts in a pan.

Transfer the peanuts to a mixer grinder and blend well to form a smooth paste. Now add jaggery and sesame seeds in it. (Make sure the jaggery you are using is soft). Grind well. Once done, transfer the mixture to a plate and shape it into tablespoon-sized balls using your hands. You can also sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy!
