Dwayne Johnson shares ‘full circle moment’ with Brendan Fraser at 2023 Oscars

Dwayne Johnson reunited with his The Mummy Returns co-star and 2023 Oscar winner Brendan Fraser at the 95th Academy Awards this past weekend.

Devin, also known as The Rock, 50, uploaded the sweet reunion clip to his Instagram account on Thursday and fans can’t stop laughing.

For the uninitiated, The Rock and Fraser starred together in the 2001 adventure film, The Mummy Returns, which was also Dwayne’s first film role.

The Red Notes actor shared the video with the caption, “Awesome full circle moment here with my longtime friend Brandon Fraser and his sons.”

“The first film of my Hollywood career was The Mummy Returns, starring Brandon,” he added.

“There were a lot of naysayers and naysayers betting against me at the time, but Brandon welcomed me with open arms and was very supportive,” he wrote, adding, “I never forget kind people.”

The Jungle Cruise actor concluded his post, “Now years later, Brandon won the Oscar for Best Actor in “The Whale” and I became famous for wearing a fanny pack.

“Congratulations bro – enjoy your flowers.”

Fans flooded the post with loving comments for the famous pair. One internet user wrote, “The Mummy is the best piece of cinema in the history of mankind.
