After being wrongly imprisoned for 46 years, Detroit artist achieves great success

Artist Richard Phillips served 46 years in prison for the murder. After being acquitted and released in 2018, he has been able to use the sales of his art to buy a new house, a car and even a dog. Steve Hartman tells his story in “On the Road.”
