10 people, including sheriff’s deputies, charged in death of man with mental health issues

Prosecutors have charged seven sheriff’s deputies and three psychiatric facility workers with second-degree murder in the death of a man with mental health issues. Family members who have viewed surveillance video say he was brutally restrained. Jeff Pegues reports.
