The management of Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUST) on Thursday dismissed one. Professor After he was found guilty of sending indecent messages and harassing a female student.

After a month-and-a-half investigation, the Anti-Harassment Committee found the student’s allegations to be true. The committee in its report recommended the removal of the head of the physics department.
As per the committee’s recommendations, the university dismissed the professor and ordered the examination of the student’s next papers by an impartial forum.
