Ingredients for Tandoori Paneer Rolls:
Cheese (chunks) – 1 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Tomato chopped – 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Yogurt – 1 cup
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli – 1 teaspoon
Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp
Maida Roti – 4-5
Oil – As required
Salt – as per taste
Steps to make Tandoori Paneer Rolls:
To make delicious tandoori paneer rolls for breakfast, first cut the paneer into one inch pieces.
After that, chop the tomato, onion and capsicum.
Put the curd in a bowl and beat it well.
Then add turmeric, red chili powder, and tandoori masala and stir.
Now add cheese, tomato, onion and capsicum to curd and mix well and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
After the timer goes off, heat a non-stick grill over medium heat.
When the tawa is hot, add a little oil and spread it around, add the ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.
Cook in a pan with the marinated cheese and other ingredients for 4 to 5 minutes.
When the cheese is golden and the onions, tomatoes, and capsicum are soft, turn off the heat, and transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool.
If you have an oven, you can put the cheese, tomatoes, capsicum and onion on the grill and roast everything in the oven.
Now, you can make maida roti ahead of time and place the roti on a flat surface and fill a quarter of it with the fried cheese mixture, roll it from one side.
Then keep the roll in a separate plate.
