Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari He said that Pakistan is looking forward to participating in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Summit which is scheduled to be held in China this fall.
Speaking to state broadcaster China Global Television Network (CGTN), the foreign minister said he would attend the upcoming summit, and was positive about it. China-Pakistan relations.
Pakistan hosts one of its global infrastructure projects, the BRI – China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which connects China to the Arabian Sea. China has so far invested more than $60 billion and is helping Pakistan overcome its economic woes.
Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Szjarto, has also expressed his hope to join the BRI summit, saying “it benefits all countries contributing to the framework.”
Bilawal said That “of course, we will. [participate in the BRI summit]. Pakistan has a China-Pakistan Economic Corridor that has grown tremendously over time, and I look forward to attending such summits and being able to share with the world what we have achieved so far. So, what do we plan to achieve together in the future? ”

The Hungarian minister noted that his country is building strong economic ties with China, with projects under the BRI being given high priority.
