Andrew Tate denied bail for the third time, will remain in Romanian prison through end of March
Controversial influencer Andrew Tate, who was Detained along with his brother Tristan on charges of human trafficking and rape. In Romania last December, he was denied bail on Tuesday after three detention extensions, his spokesman confirmed to CBS News. Tate will remain in a Romanian prison until at least the end of the month.
“Unfortunately, the Romanian judicial system today rejected Andrew Tate’s bail request,” said Matea Petrescu, Tate Brothers’ head of communications.
“We are disappointed with this outcome as we had high hopes for Andrew to be reunited with his family. His legal team will appeal the decision within 48 hours,” Petrescu added.
