Case registered against unknown persons after Sheikh Rasheed receives threatening calls

A case has been registered against unknown persons after the former interior minister. Sheikh Rasheed Complained of receiving threatening calls on his residential landline number.

Former Interior Minister and Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed filed an application in Kohsar police station against unknown persons after receiving a threatening call.

Sheikh Rasheed In his complaint, he has said that he was receiving threatening calls from unknown persons.

“I have been receiving death and kidnapping threats from unknown phone numbers,” he added.

Apart from this, the former minister has also said that he had informed the police and other relevant agencies about receiving a threatening call.

A case has been registered under section 306 and 25-D of the Telegraph Act against unknown persons on the complaint.
