Indian company announces 11-day mental health break for employees

The initiative is called a “reset and recharge break” where the company asks Meshu employees to “take a complete break from work” so they can focus on their mental well-being.
The founder and CTO took to Twitter to make the announcement, where he highlighted the importance of work-life balance.
