Reacting to Imran Khan’s remarks regarding Nawaz Sharif appointing the next Army Chief, Ahsan Iqbal said that [Imran Khan] like it Nawaz appointed Army Chief So much so that he gave it a three-year extension. Now how can they question Nawaz Sharif’s decision? he asked.

Responding to Imran Khan’s demand for early elections, the federal minister said that if they want elections, they should dissolve the governments of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. If he does so, he will be a step closer to his demand, he said, adding that he does not want to be separated from governments.
He further said that Imran Khan could not cope with the blow of losing his government. The minister claimed that Imran Khan is turning his personal fight into the destruction of the country, the nation is facing a huge problem. He emphasized the need to open all kinds of resources for the flood victims.
At one point, the host of the program remarked that three things are on the rise in the country: the dollar, inflation and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s cabinet, which has grown to 72 members, 24 of whom have no portfolio.
Ahsan Iqbal asked that when the PTI government made an agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), where did the real freedom of Imran Khan go? He said that the PTI government surrendered to the IMF.
“The country was on the way to stability because we signed the IMF agreement. But, when the natural calamity of floods hit Pakistan, the country suffered a huge loss of $30 billion,” he noted.
“It is not because of our mistakes that we are facing economic problems, but because of the great disaster,” he said.
However, the government will pull the country out of it and the country will once again enjoy stability.
