Imran, Fawad challenge ECP’s show-cause notice in contempt case

The petition states that unlike the courts, the ECP does not have the power to proceed against contempt of court.

Meanwhile, the application will be heard in Rawalpindi Bench of Lahore High Court, which will be heard by Justice Jawad Hassan tomorrow.
