WATCH: Pakistani traveller deported from Dubai for damaging plane mid-air

A Pakistani citizen was deported from Dubai for damaging the plane’s window and disrupting the flight. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) spokesperson said on Monday.

The man is believed to have suffered from mental health issues. He rode. of PIA The spokesperson further said that flight PK-283 from Peshawar to Dubai and the aircraft started creating disturbances as soon as it took off.

He said that the man attacked the passengers and damaged the shutter of the vehicle Airplane window when the cabin crew tried to stop him. However, officials handcuffed the disruptive passenger as per aviation procedures, he added.

Authorities arrested the passenger on arrival at the airport and deported him the next day after checking his documents, the spokesman added.

PIA officials say that the passenger has been blacklisted.
