During the hearing, the ECP member inquired about the sources of income and money deposited in the Tosha Khana for buying gifts.

On this Barrister Ali Zafar said that he is not ready to give this information to ECP. He said that Imran Khan 1.7 million in gifts received during 2019-20.

Details of Gifts He added that till 2021 has been provided in the reply received.

“If the ECP has doubts about any details, he checks, but in our case, the ECP did not raise any objection,” Barrister Zafar said.

He said that the sale receipt is in the income tax return record. “We have paid tax on income of Rs 58 million from the sale of gifts,” said the lawyer.
