Swears by Ayurveda.
PM Modi has also been a strong supporter of Ayurveda and had said that after yoga, the world would soon embrace the ancient principles of Ayurveda from India. PM Modi has said that the youth must take the lead in explaining this to the countries in a scientific way.

In an interview, the PM revealed that he also treats his colds by drinking hot water and fasting. Also, PM Modi has always encouraged countrymen to rely on time-tested home remedies to treat common ailments.

PM Modi has said that he does breathing exercises and also walks on the track which is inspired by the 5 elements of nature Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu and Akash.
