Immediately after the meeting in Hyderabad, the Chief Minister went to Tando Allahyar where he visited the tent city set up for rain-affected people on the bypass.

The Chief Minister spent some time with the affected people, sat with them on the floor in a tent, and in true rural culture, got a detailed account of their story of woe. In Mirpurkhas, the Chief Minister visited two tent cities set up near Brohi village of Tehsil Shujaabad, where more than 15 villages, including their connecting road, came under water. The Chief Minister directed the DC to set up a pumping station and discharge the water into Moro channel.
