Pak vs Eng: Spidercam to be installed for first time in bilateral series

KARACHI: As the Pakistan vs England T20I series approaches, the production team is all set to install equipment at the stadium from September 18 and spider cams will also be used for the first time.

Earlier, Spidercam was used only during the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

According to sources, the production team will reach the metropolis on September 17.

As many as 30 high resolution cameras, spider cam, drone, hawk eye, 4-6 slow motion cameras, two ultra motion cameras and one buggy camera will be installed.

Apart from this, digital screens will also be installed at the boundary.

The England team will arrive in Karachi tomorrow for their first international tour of Pakistan after 17 years.

Pakistan will host the English team for seven T20 matches. Four matches will be played in Karachi and remaining matches will be played in Lahore.

The first T20 will be played on September 20 at National Stadium Karachi.
